What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations will only occur if weather isn’t up to shooting standards for that day, if it’s too windy to shoot comfortably, if you need to cancel for any reason, or if equipment is temporarily unavailable. Cancelations on the client side will require a 24 hour notice.

When will I receive my footage?

Media will take from 24 hours to 72 hours to edit, package, and send to you. If no editing is requested, media can be transferred on the day of the shoot.

What kind of footage will I get?

Our drones can record in 4k at up to 60fps and take pictures in a max of 4k to be easily edited and formatted for your needs.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend that a notice of 1-2 weeks is best to allow us to get an idea of the weather, what we’re going to record, and get our equipment ready.

Do I need to be present for the shoot?

You do not need to be present for the shoot if you communicate what specifically you’d want in your shoot and grant us access to the property, and are available to answer calls if needed.
